Golosa - Ricotta, Mortadella and Sun Dried Tomatoes

A crisp, airy, slightly thicker pizza base sliced open and filled with creamy ricotta, thinly sliced Mortadella and sun-dried tomatoes.  The pizza is sprinkled with molden salt, fresh rosemary and olive oil. A must try for any pizza lover.
Toppings:
Ricotta cheese -  a soft, creamy, and slightly grainy cheese that originated in Italy. It is made from cow's milk.
Mortadella - a traditional Italian sausage originating in Bologna, made from finely ground pork mixed with spices such as black pepper and myrtle berries, and often includes cubes of pork fat and pistachios)
Sun-dried tomatoes
Rosemary
Molden salt
Olive Oil
All base ingredients are imported from Italy.
